Map the delta between current state and what the business needs to operate with confidence. Prioritized by operational impact, not technical complexity.

03. Quick Wins Identification

Surface 2–4 changes that could be implemented within 30–60 days with minimal investment. These pay for the assessment.

04. Prioritized Roadmap

A sequenced action plan across 3–12 months. Each initiative includes rationale, dependencies, and rough effort estimate — not a wish list.

05. Cost & Effort Estimates

Each roadmap item is accompanied by a ballpark investment range (tools, services, professional time). No surprises.

06. Executive Summary Presentation

A clean, jargon-free summary you can walk your leadership team through. Decisions, not documentation.

After the Assessment

A decision, not a dependency

The assessment stands alone. You'll have everything you need to act on recommendations internally, hire someone else, or engage further. There's no pressure to continue with me.That said, most clients who complete an assessment have a clear picture of the next project — and many choose to move forward. If that happens, the $6,500 assessment fee is credited toward any subsequent engagement over $15,000.


NOTE: Engagements are conducted asynchronously where possible. Primary communication via email. Calls scheduled on select Fridays. Response time: 48 business hours.
